DH-mini Miniature wide spectrum light source
DH Mini is a compact UV visible light source designed for all types of handheld devices requiring low power consumption UV visible mobile spectrum analysis.
DH mini system is a complete UV-Vis-Nir light source, including deuterium lamp, 0.25W tungsten lamp, shutter, light path system and SMA905 interface. All the components are installed on a 12V DC / 600mA power supply. The deuterium lamp, tungsten lamp and shutter can be controlled independently by TTL signal.
[Service life and cycle work]
DH-Mini deuterium lamp adopts electrodeless discharge lamp (EDL) driven by high frequency. Its lighting times will not shorten its service life. It can be turned on and off according to the instructions, and can work in cycle. The continuous working life of DH-Mini deuterium lamp is >1000 hours. In addition, the repeatability and stability between pulses are consistent, and the deviation is within 0.1%. Instant opening and homeostatic stability.
DH-Mini is the only deuterium lamp that can turn on and output stable spectrum instantaneously, which makes it unique in ultraviolet light source. Therefore, DH-Mini is an ideal light source for analytical instruments used in pollution monitoring. In the monitoring, the absorption spectrum is only measured for a few seconds, and the measurement is repeated after a long time interval. In this kind of monitoring, fiberlight is only turned on for a short period of time, while it is turned off most of the time. There is no doubt that the stability of measurement is the best due to the repeatability between pulses.
[Application examples]
In order to measure the nitrate content in sewage, turn on DH-Mini for 2 seconds, measure the nitrate absorption spectrum, and repeat the measurement every 60 seconds. The measurement stability is the best, and the service life under this working condition can be as long as 3 years.
