PD03 series high-speed photodetector module has photoelectric response bandwidth ≥3GHz, pulse rising edge time 125ps, and working wavelength covering 1020~1650nm wavelength. The RF signal output adopts SMA interface to facilitate connection with RF test equipment. Suitable for use in optical transmission systems, ultrafast laser pulse detection, etc.
